"Toxic vs. Tactful" Language

May take a few moments to load...

The Basics...

How you choose to describe your spouse, especially the things you are less than fond of, makes a big difference both in how likely your spouse will be to listen and in how well you two are able to stick to a comfortable emotional climate.

The basic rule is to find a tactful way to say whatever is on your mind. Toxic descriptions, name calling and insults are totally out-of-bounds between spouses -- even if done in jest.

This arcade game will help you to hear the difference between tactful and toxic statements. Can you stay alive long enough to hear all the pairs?
