What is this about?
This checklist will help you heal after an argument. After any upset, it is essential that both of you come together to sort out what went wrong and make a double apology. Double apologies acknowledge that neither of you meant to hurt the other. Instead of blaming each other, both of your energies go to understanding what happened, soothing each other, and preventing future mishaps. Print this reminder card and place it between the two of you. As each of you does each step, place a check mark beside the box. Both people should complete each step before you move on to the next one.
