The Basics...

Discover why setting a low Anger Ceiling will protect your relationship and how to use Exits and Re-enters to keep the climate comfortable.

Definitions:
Anger Ceiling:
The maximum amount of anger you are willing to feel before leaving a situation to calm down. The lower your Anger Ceiling, the better.
Exit/Re-Enter:
A routine for leaving a situation that is getting too hot, cooling down, and then coming back to address the topic more productively.
